Counsel did Articles at Mallesons in 1985 and then practised as a Solicitor with that firm from 1986 - 1989. Areas of Practise were: Industrial & Employment Law and Commercial Litigation.
In 1989 Counsel came to the bar. He practised in the following fields. Administrative Law, Company Law, Equity, Industrial & Employment Law, Anti-Discrimination / Equal Opportunity Law, Immigration Law, Property, Insolvency, Commercial Litigation and over an 11 year period counsel appeared in many cases involving the above areas both at the trial level and the appellate Courts.
In July 2000 Counsel left the Bar to pursue private practise with Fernandez Canda Gerkens (General Counsel); Hunt & Hunt (Special Counsel) and Kliger Partners (Senior Associate)
Over the next four and a half years counsel's practice was mainly in the Employment and Industrial Relations and Commercial Litigation.
Counsel re-signed the Bar Roll on the 31st of Jan 2005 and would be delighted to accept briefs in the aforementioned areas.
