Alan Gray has extensive first-hand experience of domestic and international commerce predominantly in the IT and Telecommunications. Because of this experience, he is readily able to assimilate and integrate issues in complex commercial disputes.
Alan played a leading role in the implementation of the internet, and many large-scale corporate data networks in Australia, and through consequentially, Alan has a particular interest in IT and Intellectual Property Law.
Alan has maintained an ongoing interest in the energy/resources sector from his early training in Geology. Counsel has recently undertaken post-graduate study in Mining and Resource Law at the University of Melbourne.
Alan has developed a particular interest in Alternative Dispute Resolutions, especially mediation and arbitration. Alan has completed post-graduate training in mediation and negotiation at Monash University.
