Paul has practised at the Victorian Bar since 1991, having been admitted in 1982. He practises principally in commercial law.
Paul has extensive experience in credit, banking and finance, superannuation and insurance law. His masters of Law focussed on the area of guarantees. Paul is the co-author of the Credit Handbook.
Paul practises in superannuation and social security law and was a member of the Social Security Complaints Tribunal. He also practises in property, insolvency, administrative, employment, building and company law.
Paul has previously been a Financial Counsellor, Solicitor, University Lecturer and Ministerial Adviser. He is also admitted in NSW and W.A.
