Robert is proficient in all aspects of Jewish Law (Rabbinical Court) and has won the Commonwealth Scholarship, the Anglo-Jewish Association Scholarship (1976, 1977 and 1978) and the Nuffield Grant (1977). He was appointed the University of Melbourne Research Fellow for the Faculty of Law (1979 - 1981); as a NSW Barrister to the Supreme Court in 1978; as a Victorian Barrister in 1979, and was admitted to practice in the High Court of Australia in 1981.
Robert prefers to work within the areas of white-collar crime, sports law, building cases, professional negligence, mediation, and Rabbinical Court.
