Robert Lombardi joined the Victorian Bar in 1989 after doing his readership at the Bar with John Kaufman QC.
He has a Bachelor of Laws from Melbourne University and a Master of Laws from Sydney University and completed his articles at Freehill Hollingdale & Page in Melbourne.

Practice Profile

Robert practises in general civil and commercial litigation at all court levels: the Magistrates' Court, County Court and Supreme Court, as well as VCAT (especially the Domestic Building List and Town Planning List).
He is experienced at chambers and interlocutory matters, as well as drawing court pleadings and providing written legal advice.
Robert also has a substantial practice (drawing on his experience as a crown prosecutor in Perth) in criminal law, criminal appeals, disciplinary tribunals and traffic offences.
